It is believed that there is no age limit on love, happiness, and a childlike sense of wonder.
Armand Foisy saw this truth when he and his 101-year-old mother were out driving. His mother, Albina, told him to stop the car in the middle of nowhere just because she wanted to get out and take a look.
Not only Armand’s heart but the hearts of millions of viewers worldwide were warmed by what happened next.
Foisy captured the adorable moment on video and then explained, “I’ve slowed the video down quite a bit just so I’d have time to give you a bit of the back story. It was raining a little, but we could see that the snow level was really low so we decided to check it out. Before I could get back on the road, the door flies open and out steps Mom.”
Albina can be seen in the video clip packing some snow together to make a snowball before throwing it.
Although Armand was caught off-guard with his mother’s actions, he managed to take out his camera and record it in time.
Armand said: “When you have a mother that’s 101-years-old, it’s a good idea to keep the camera nearby for those special moments—this is one of those,”
In November 2018, he shared, “Three years ago today that mom was playing in the snow. Now she’s 104 and doing very well. Can you imagine?”
The reason this 101-year-old stopped was as simple as it was heartwarming. The old woman simply wanted to make snowballs and enjoy the wonderful winter weather. So delightful to see this spirited woman have so much fun.
