A married man was once asked a dangerous question:
“If your wife and your mother-in-law both fell into a tiger’s cage at the same time, who would you save first?”
The man suddenly burst out laughing.
He laughed so hard he nearly fell out of his chair.
Everyone stared at him, waiting for his answer.
Finally, he wiped away a tear and said,
“Is that even a question?”
“Of course I’d save the tiger!”
The room went completely silent.
Then he added,
“Have you seen how endangered tigers are?”
“There aren’t many left in the world!”
Suddenly, nobody wanted to ask him any more hypothetical questions.
