A wealthy young socialite was determined to marry her working-class boyfriend, much to her conservative mother’s dismay. Realizing she couldn’t stop the wedding, the mother took her daughter aside for one final, urgent piece of advice.
“Listen to me carefully,” the mother whispered dramatically. “Those people have highly unusual, perverse desires in the bedroom. Just promise me one thing: if he ever asks you to ‘roll over,’ you must refuse immediately!”
The daughter promised, the wedding went ahead, and the couple enjoyed a perfectly happy marriage.
Five years later, while lying in bed one night, the husband turned to his wife and smiled warmly. “Honey, let’s try something a little different tonight. I want you to roll over.”
