One day, a little boy noticed several gray hairs on his dad’s head.
“Dad, why is your hair turning gray?”
Dad saw an opportunity for a little parenting lesson.
“Every time you misbehave, one of my hairs turns gray.”
The boy’s eyes widened.
“So… it’s because of me?”
Dad nodded seriously.
“Exactly! So if you love Dad, you should try to behave better, okay?”
The boy thought about it for a moment.
“Okay, Dad!”
Dad smiled proudly.
Then the boy suddenly added,
“But now I understand something!”
Dad raised an eyebrow.
“What’s that?”
The boy grinned.
“Now I know why Grandpa’s hair is completely gray!”
Dad froze.
His smile disappeared.
The boy walked away happily.
Dad just stood there thinking,
