Ingredients needed:

  • 50 garlic cloves (about 5 cloves) cleaned and peeled

  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 6 cups (250 ml.) clear chicken soup (vegetable soup for vegans)
  • 1 bag of spicy fresh herbs, parsley, bay leaves
  • 3 cups of stale bread cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of fresh cream (coconut milk for vegans)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut off the top of the garlic heads, pour a little olive oil and wrap them in aluminum foil. Bake for 90 minutes. Let cool.

Meanwhile, heat two tablespoons of olive oil and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the onions for ten minutes. Cut the garlic into small pieces and add it to the pan with the onions. Stir, then add the thyme pieces, chicken soup and spicy fresh herbs.
