The sister of Queen Camilla discusses King Charles’ marriage

Together, King Charles and Queen Camilla have endured the most trying periods. Their notorious affairs while still married to their partners—Charles with Princess Diana and Camilla with Andrew Parker Bowles—were the beginning of their turbulent tale.

Although Camilla was not royal from birth, she grew up in Sussex and was close to her sister Annabel. Annabel has grown accustomed to going to some fairly glitzy royal functions these days, such as King Charles’ coronation.

Annabel, Camilla’s sister, has spent the majority of her life in the background since she doesn’t want to be well-known.

However, she has made the decision to come up, sharing fresh information concerning the true nature of King Charles and Queen Camilla’s marriage.

Charles and Camilla met before the monarch met Diana, of course. According to Gyles Brandreth’s book Charles and Camilla, Portrait of a Love Affair, Lucia Santa Cruz, the Chilean ambassador’s daughter and a mutual friend, introduced Charles and Camilla.

After Charles departed to join the Royal Navy, the couple’s brief romance came to an end. Camilla was engaged to Andrew Parker Bowles by the time he got back.

According to reports, Camilla and Annabel followed one another everywhere. Later in life, they both got married to their husbands in the same year and even had kids at the same time.

While her family has been in the news over the years, Annabel has avoided the limelight herself. She recently made the decision to speak out in light of the release of Charles III: The Coronation Year, a new BBC1 documentary.

I really can’t stress this enough: she is his rock.

In the documentary, Annabel, an interior designer, stated, “She is someone who is totally loyal and doesn’t have a lot of highs and lows.” “He brings to her everything,” the queen’s sister continued.

If she hadn’t met him, she wouldn’t have been open to the wide range of topics he knows and is interested in. I’m not talking about all of this. Although they are complete opposites and their yin and yang, it works incredibly well.
