Simple, after following the directions given above you will need to take a saucepan and pour 4 cups of caster sugar into it, for a total of about 750 to 800 grams. And again, to the sugar and juice you will also need to add spices. To be more precise, 5-6 cloves. All these ingredients must cook together over low heat until the mixture has thickened.

Using the fruit, and thus precisely the part of the watermelon that is usually eaten, you can prepare a tasty drink in the meantime. Simply take a few pieces of fruit and place them in a blender to prepare a tasty watermelon drink. The resulting mixture is then filtered to remove any remaining residue and can finally be sipped.
